In this lesson, “Rose – an Abstract Puzzle”, you will learn the relationships of different colors and how to blend subtle differences to give the painting more depth.

Thank you so much for your comments. Having put more darks in, I cannot believe what a big difference they made. I rounded out the left rim of the glass too. All little things, but wow, they pack a punch!

I painted this for my fiancé for his birthday. I just got this back from its PAC. Got some awesomely positive feedback from Ginger. She suggested a few tweaks to the darks in the glass.
