I am a member and it says that I don't have access to the tutorial. Why?
Two reasons may prevent you from accessing the lessons. First, you want to make sure that you have logged into your account and that you are trying to access a tutorial that is included in your membership plan.
The second, and most common reason, is that you have to let the system know that you want to take the tutorial.
You may see this at the top of the tutorial that you are wanting to view. Just press the green button that says “Take this Course”, and you will be all set!
How do I find lessons? Is there a way to search for specific tutorials?
If you just want to “kick the tires” and see if our lessons are for you, just sign-up as a Green Member. You will have access to some of our lessons that will let you check to make sure that your setup is compatible with our website.
