I purchased this download but cannot find where to get it. The page wants me to repurchase again. I’m left without a download.

We replied to your email from two days ago. Here’s what we said:

I logged in as you and Puppy Pals is Bookmarked. I clicked on the Bookmark link and went directly to the lessons. If you scroll down, you will see them.

You are on the Introduction page now, and the best way to get to a purchased lesson, is to use the ORANGE search bar at the top of the page as you can see here:

You would just type in “puppy pals” and then you will see the choices come up. You are to select the one that says “Puppy Pals – Downloadable”. And this would be what I bookmarked for you.

Thanks Jon. I guess I didn’t get the reply. I’ll try your suggestion again. Tried a few mins ago, but I got message saying I need to up my membership in order to download.
